Dear ODNR,

        I understand the results from the 250 acres sprayed with ProcellaCore were all good, however despite this good news and having almost a month and half left to apply this chemical, I hear that ODNR does not plan to spray more than another 250 acres at Indian Lake yet this season.

 

Time is of essence in providing hope for tourists, businesses, fishermen, and property owners. We cannot afford to wait, there needs to be more spraying to provide convincing evidence that there is a solution to our weed problems going into the off season.

 

This begs my question, if ODNR is comfortable in spraying 500 acres, then why not continue to spray through the entire season?
